一、《四川统计年鉴-2016》是一部全面反映四川省经济和社会发展情况的综合性统计资料年刊。本年鉴收录了全省和各市(州)、县(市、区)2015年经济和社会各方面的大量统计数据,以及历史重要年份和近年来的全省主要统计数据。
二、本年鉴正文内容分为22个篇章,即:1.综合;2.国民经济核算;3.人口;4.就业人员和工资;5.固定资产投资;6.能源;7.资源和环境;8.财政和物价;9.人民生活和社会保障;10.城市概况;11.民族自治地方概况;12.县(市、区)概况;13.农业;14.工业;15.建筑业;16.交通运输、邮电和通讯;17.国内贸易;18.对外经济贸易和旅游;19.金融和保险;20.教育、科技和专利;21.文化、体育和卫生;22.其他社会活动。为帮助读者理解和使用统计数据,部分统计表下作了简要注释,并在各篇末附有主要统计指标解释。
三、与2015年版《四川统计年鉴》相比较,在第六章“能源”中增加了“各市(州)单位地区生产总值能耗”、“各市(州)单位工业增加值能耗”;在第十二章“市县概况”中充实了农产品产量和牲畜饲养情况;在第十三章“农业”中新增了“各市(州)农林牧渔业增加值”及指数,充实了“牲畜饲养情况”;在第二十一章“文化、体育和卫生”中增加了“体育事业情况”;在第二十二章“其他社会活动”中增加了“社区服务机构基本情况”。在第三章“人口”中取消了“按人口规模分组的户籍人口数”、“100万人以上的人口大县”;在第七章“资源和环境”中取消了“林业重点工程建设情况”;在第十二章中取消了“各县(市、区)年末户籍总人口及构成”;在第十三章“农业”中取消了“各市(州)肉猪出栏头数”,因农机数据暂缺,取消了“主要农业机械拥有量”和“各市(州)主要农业机械拥有量”。
四、本年鉴中,涉及的部门统计资料均由相关部门提供。
五、本年鉴对过去发表的统计资料重新进行了核实,凡与本年鉴数据有出入的,以本年鉴为准。
六、本年鉴中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。
七、本年鉴中部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差,均未做机械调整。
八、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中的主要项。
Ⅰ.Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2016 is an annual statistics publication to reflect various aspects ofSichuan's economic and social development,which covers very comprehensive data series in 2015 and someselected data series in historically important years and the most recent years at provincial level,local levels ofprefecture and level of county.
Ⅱ.The text of this Yearbook contains the following 22 parts:1.General Survey,2.National Accounts,3.Population,4.Employment and Wage,5.Investment in Fixed Assets,6.Energy,7.Resources and Environment,8.Local Government Finance and Price,9.People's Livelihood and Social Welfare,10.City,11.Survey ofMinority Nationality Autonomous Areas,12.Survey of County(City,District),13.Agriculture,14.Industry,15.Construction,16.Transportation,Post and Telecommunications Services,17.Domestic Trade,18.Foreign Tradeand Economic Cooperation and International Tourism,19.Banking and Insurance,20.Education,Science,Technology and Patents,21.Culture,Sports and Public Health,22.Other Social Activities.Explanatory Notes onMain Statistical Indicators is attached to the end of each chapter to help the readers to understand and use thestatistical data in this book.
Ⅲ.Compared with Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2015,the Yearbook adds "Energy Consumption of UnitGDP by Region","Energy Consumption of Unit Added Value of Industry by Region" in Chapter 6"Energy";enriches data of conditions of agricultural products yields and livestock breeding in Chapter 12"Survey of County(City,District)";adds "Gross Output Value of Farming,Forestry,Animal Husbandry andFishery by Region" and "Indices of Gross Output Value of Farming,Forestry,Animal Husbandry and Fisheryby Region",enriches data of conditions of livestock breeding in Chapter 13 "Agriculture";adds "BasicConditions of Sports Cause" in Chapter 21 "Culture,Sports and Public Health";adds "Basic Statistics onCommunity Service Organizations" in Chapter 22 "Other Social Activities".Chapter 3 "Population"cancelled table "Number of Household Population Grouped by Population Size" and "Counties withPopulation Over 1 Million";Chapter 7 "Resources and Environment" cancelled table "Construction of KeyForestry Projects";Chapter 12 "Survey of County(City,District)" cancelled table "Total HouseholdPopulation and its Composition by County";Chapter 13 "Agriculture" cancelled table "SlaughteredFattened Hogs by Region",and cancelled table "Number of Main Agricultural Machinery" & "Number ofAgricultural Machinery by Region" because of absence of agricultural machinery data.

Ⅴ.The statistics data published in the past is re-verified in this book.Any discrepancy between the data ofthis book,it prevails.
Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this book are international standard measurement units.
Ⅶ.Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the yearbook.
Ⅷ.Notations used in this book:"(blank)"indicates that the data are not available,”#”indicates the majoritems of the total. |
